<p>Daniel is of <strong>part-Mexican descent,</strong> which means he understands the cuisine of his wife. Pati is also a cookbook author. She released her<strong> first book in 2013</strong> using the same name as her cook show, <em>Pati’s Mexican Table.</em></p>

<p>So, who is Daniel Jinich? Well, according to most sources, he was born in the<strong> early 1970s.</strong> There is no exact birth date. It remains a mystery. Born in <strong>Mexico,</strong> he later moved to the United States. We also do not know the names of his parents or siblings.</p>

After all, Daniel started his<strong> own business,</strong> <em>Coin Acuacultura</em> in <strong>1993</strong> and served as <strong>CEO of the company until 1996.</strong> Then, he partnered with business peers to form <em>Acon Investments.</em> Since its beginning in 1996, Acon Investments has <strong>managed over</strong> <strong>$5.5 billion worth of capital.</strong></p>

<p>As we said before, Daniel came into the limelight because of his wife Pati Jinich. Born <strong>Patricia Jinich</strong> in <strong>March 1972,</strong> she is a <strong>Mexican chef, TV personality, educator, food writer, and cookbook author.</strong></p>
<p>Her television series Pati’s Mexican table has won the <em>James Beard Award</em> and was nominated for an <em>Emmy Award.</em></p>
<p>She is the resident chef at the<em> Mexican Cultural Institute</em> in Washington. There, she runs her <em>Mexican Table</em> live culinary program<strong> since 2007.</strong> Over the years, she has also appeared in other media, including<em> CBS This Morning, The Today Show, The Chew, All Things Considered, the Splendid Table</em>, and more.</p>
<p>Born in Mexico City, Pati first began researching and cooking Mexican cuisine out of homesickness for her native town.</p>

The Mexican chef continued her academic pursuit there, earning a <strong>Master’s degree from Georgetown</strong>. She started working at the <strong>Inter-American Dialogue</strong> but never stopped thinking about cooking.</p>
<p>The first season of her <em>Pati’s Mexican Table</em> aired in <strong>2011,</strong> including an episode focusing on <strong>Sephardic</strong> <strong>and Lebanese influence on Mexican cooking.</strong></p>
<p>Besides her show, she has released <strong>three cookbooks.</strong> The first one,<em> Pati’s Mexican Table</em> was released in <strong>March 2013,</strong> based on traditional Mexican home cooking. Many of the recipes here steer from her time growing up in Mexico City.</p>
<p>Her <strong>second book</strong>, titled <em>Mexican Today: New and Rediscovered Recipes for Contemporary Kitchens</em>, was published in <strong>April 2016.</strong> In this one, she explores both traditional and new Mexican dishes and reinterpretations of old recipes.</p>

<p>Daniel has been the man behind the success of Patricia Jinich since the 1990s. The two got <strong>married in 1996.</strong> All these years, they have managed to keep their love’s flame burning and away from the public.</p>
