Jennifer Jen Carfagno was born and raised in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. There, she attended Pennsylvania State University. In 1998, she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology.
She grew up in Collegeville with her sister. Before getting her BA, she attended Perkiomen Valley High School. Fun fact, she had a dream of becoming a pilot when she was a child. Yet, as time passed, she became more interested in meteorology.
