<p>Born <strong>Shristi Nath Kapoor</strong> in December 1924, he was an<strong> Indian actor, film director, and producer.</strong> Raj has worked his entire life in <strong>Hindi cinema</strong> and many consider him one of the greatest and most influential actors and filmmakers in the history of Indian cinema. He passed away in <strong>1988,</strong> and to this day, people refer to him as <strong>The Greatest Showman of India Cinema.</strong></p>
<p>Some people also call him <strong>Charlie Chaplin of Indian Cinema.</strong> Raj was born in Peshawar, as the son of <strong>Prithviraj Kapoor.</strong> Over the course of his career, he won multiple accolades, including <strong>three</strong> <em>National Film Awards</em> and <strong>11</strong><em> Filmfare Awards in India</em>. Raj was inspired by Charlie Chaplin and played characters based on <em>The Tramp</em> in movies.</p>
